Drones

The prototype designed by Stefen Riegebauer in 2012 called ''Smart Aid'' is the first drone dedicated to medicine.

The system would work so:

From a mobile device with an application with GPS location, a distress signal is sent, and the hospital will receive the call.Hospital could observe the accident from the camera of smartphone, to avoid false calls.

After confirmation of the emergency, drone arrived where you are very fast because it is not affected by traffic.

Something incredible potential for rural or isolated areas where an ambulance would come later.

This system doesn't completely replace ambulances, it would be a useful complement to thing like, for example, heart attacks in romote locations where help late in arriving.

Other use of drones could be transport.

Google investigates this new drone, the main thing is to get more safely, cheaply and efficiently, vaccines and food in remote countries where conventional transport fail.
